User Commitments
- Provide accurate registration and profile information.
- Keep login credentials, OTPs, devices, and wallet access secure.
- Use Caship only for lawful personal activity and genuine transactions.
- Review plan terms, offer terms, merchant conditions, and loyalty rules before participation.
Wallet and Rewards
Wallet balance, Caship Coins, transactions, referrals, and redemption eligibility are governed by Caship rules and participating merchant terms. Users must report errors promptly.
Prohibited Activity
Fake accounts, self-referrals, transaction manipulation, invoice misuse, QR misuse, false claims, harassment, automated abuse, or any attempt to exploit Caship reward logic is prohibited.
Referrals
Referral benefits are allowed only for genuine referred users and eligible activity. Caship may verify, hold, reverse, or cancel referral benefits where misuse is suspected.
Account Restriction
Caship may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy breach, fraud risk, legal compliance, chargeback abuse, suspicious activity, or platform security reasons.
Support
Users should use the Help page or in-app support for account, wallet, transaction, plan, merchant, or redemption issues.
