Loyalty Orientation

Caship incentives are structured as loyalty benefits connected with eligible platform activity. They are not represented as financial investments, securities, interest, lottery winnings, betting, gambling, or guaranteed income.

Data Protection

Caship aims to collect only relevant information for account access, verification, service delivery, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform improvement. Users may request account deletion through the published process.

Verification

Caship may use user profile checks, merchant verification, business documentation, QR transaction logs, support records, and fraud review processes to protect platform integrity.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and banks. Successful payment does not override eligibility, verification, policy, refund, or compliance checks.

Merchant Compliance

Merchants are responsible for business licenses, taxes, consumer protection, product/service legality, advertising claims, privacy obligations, and any sector-specific compliance required for their operations.

Policy Updates

Caship may update policies, plans, reward rules, onboarding requirements, and platform controls as laws, business requirements, and risk controls evolve.
