Responsible Usage Policy

Allowed Use
Use Caship for genuine account activity, real purchases, legitimate referrals, lawful merchant campaigns, honest support requests, and eligible loyalty participation.
Prohibited Use
- Fake or duplicate accounts.
- Self-referrals, circular referrals, or referral manipulation.
- Fake invoices, fake QR scans, artificial transactions, or merchant-user collusion.
- Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Caship systems.
- Misleading promotions, abusive messages, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful content.
Enforcement
Caship may warn, hold rewards, reverse Caship Coins, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove merchants, reject campaigns, or take legal action where misuse is identified.
Reporting Misuse
Report suspicious activity through the Help page or email contact@caship.in with details and supporting screenshots.
