Merchant Onboarding
Merchants must provide accurate business name, owner or authorized representative details, category, address, tax or registration details where required, and any documents requested for verification.
Offer Responsibility
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, restrictions, validity, and customer service related to their offers, discounts, products, and services.
QR and Transaction Use
Caship QR codes, dashboards, and transaction tools must be used only for genuine customer activity. Merchants must not create fake transactions or manipulate reward outcomes.
Fees and Plans
Merchant plans, subscriptions, campaign packages, commissions, taxes, and payment terms will be governed by the selected plan, invoice, proposal, or written commercial arrangement.
Customer Handling
Merchants must honor eligible published offers, resolve customer concerns fairly, and comply with consumer protection, tax, licensing, privacy, and sector-specific laws applicable to their business.
Campaigns
Caship may review or reject campaigns that are misleading, unlawful, offensive, risky, non-compliant, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Suspension
Caship may suspend merchant access for false information, non-payment, repeated complaints, policy breach, unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, or brand safety concerns.
