By accessing Caship.ai, creating an account, using the Caship app, purchasing a plan, joining as a merchant, or participating in any Caship program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

By accessing Caship.ai, creating an account, using the Caship app, purchasing a plan, joining as a merchant, or participating in any Caship program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or must use Caship under lawful guardian supervision where permitted. Merchants must be legally capable of operating the listed business and entering into commercial arrangements.

Platform Services

Caship provides a digital loyalty and rewards ecosystem connecting users, merchants, brands, startups, and partners. Services may include user accounts, merchant listings, offers, QR-based transaction confirmation, Caship Coins, referrals, plan upgrades, campaign tools, support, and related features.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, lawful use, and all activity under your account. Caship may suspend or restrict accounts involved in misuse, fraud, manipulation, false information, policy breach, or unlawful activity.

Payments and Plans

Paid plans, subscriptions, upgrades, merchant packages, and promotional services are subject to the pricing, billing cycle, taxes, payment gateway terms, activation rules, and refund policy shown at the time of purchase.

Loyalty Benefits

Caship Coins and related benefits are platform-defined loyalty incentives. They are not cash deposits, securities, interest, investment returns, lottery winnings, or guaranteed income. Eligibility, earning, redemption, expiry, and reversals are governed by Caship rules and participating merchant terms.

Merchant Obligations

Merchants must provide accurate business details, honor published eligible offers, comply with applicable law, manage customer service responsibly, and use Caship QR, dashboard, and campaign tools only for genuine transactions.

Intellectual Property

Caship names, logos, content, app screens, designs, software, trademarks, and platform materials belong to Caship or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caship is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform use, merchant conduct, third-party services, technical interruptions, or user misuse.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
