How It Works

Users create an account in the mobile app. Merchants register their business and complete the required verification.
Step 2 – Discover offers
Users browse participating merchants, categories, nearby deals, and promotional offers. Merchants publish offers that match their business goals.
Step 3 – Shop and scan
At the merchant counter, the user scans the Caship QR or follows the app flow to confirm the transaction. The merchant verifies eligible activity through the merchant workflow.
Step 4 – Earn Caship Coins
Eligible transactions can generate Caship Coins or loyalty benefits based on platform rules, plan eligibility, merchant participation, and campaign terms.
Step 5 – Redeem and repeat
Users redeem rewards where permitted. Merchants gain repeat engagement, better visibility, and more measurable customer activity.
